Digital Systems Manager (Enterprise IT, ERP & Networking)

On behalf of a well-known manufacturing company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Systems Manager to lead and manage the company’s enterprise IT environment. This role is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, networking, and digital platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.

The Digital Systems Manager will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, business continuity, and organizational growth by ensuring strong system security, effective end-user support, and continuous system improvement. The position also leads ERP administration and development, including the management of Microsoft Navision and the implementation and adoption of SAP, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and the Group ICT team.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise IT & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, servers, workstations, peripherals, and security systems
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Plan, recommend, and implement system upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and technology improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee system backups, archiving, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans

ERP & Business Systems

• Administer and manage ERP systems, including Microsoft Navision, user access rights, and system configurations
• Lead and support SAP ERP implementation and adoption, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Coordinate with the Group ICT Team to ensure effective integration and optimal use of central business systems
• Provide ongoing ERP user support, guidance, and system optimization

Networking & Security

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of company-wide networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, antivirus protection, patch management, and system monitoring
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security of all IT systems and digital assets
• Monitor network performance, usage, and security to ensure compliance with internal and corporate standards

User Support & Digital Enablement

• Manage day-to-day IT service delivery and end-user support across departments
• Provide technical guidance and training to employees on IT systems, ERP platforms, and security best practices
• Promote digital literacy and effective use of enterprise systems through training and process improvements

IT Governance & Asset Management

• Ensure compliance with established IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintain accurate inventory and security of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
• Monitor IT resource utilization and prepare periodic performance and compliance reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the company

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain security camera systems and backup processes
• Identify opportunities for digital and system improvements and provide recommendations to management
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and recovery from hardware or software failures
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT administration, digital systems management or other related
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Navision, and exposure to SAP implementation

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems
• Proven experience in ERP administration and business systems support
• Solid understanding of IT security, system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Fast Computer Keyboard Writing Speed
