Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Leadership
- Regular team and one-on-one engagements
- Build the skillset according to the fit for future program
- Team performance management
Infrastructure and Cloud Planning
- E2E responsibility for planning and implementation of all IT infrastructure (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Data Management and NFV)
- E2E capacity planning for all IT infrastructure.
Container Management
- E2E responsibility for planning, implementation and support of Container management platform to support next generation Cloud services.
Infrastructure and Cloud Support
- E2E accountability for infrastructure support including but not limited to MTTR, SLA, individual and global incidents
- E2E accountability for building automated monitoring for all IT infrastructure systems
- E2E accountability for backup management of all IT solutions.
- E2E accountability for 2nd level support for public cloud infrastructure
Systems accountability
Accountable for planning, building and maintaining all IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Operating Systems, Virtualization and Containers)

Qualifications
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree in computer science
- 7+ years’ experience in cloud and infrastructure management
Financial Responsibility:
- Accountable for CAPEX and OPEX for infrastructure and cloud
