Finance and Administration Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration. Experience in financial institutions, consulting firms, or corporate organizations is preferred.
- Professional Certifications: Progress toward ACCA, CPA, or related professional qualifications is an added advantage.
Required Competencies & Skills:
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and administrative documents accurately
- Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial record management
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Prepare journal entries, reports, and reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and expenditure tracking
- Support tax filing and compliance activities
- Coordinate office administration and procurement activities
- Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative documents
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and government offices when required
- Provide administrative and operational support to different departments
Salary & Benefits: Salary and benefits will be provided according to the company salary scale.
