The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage Financial planning, budgeting and forecast.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes in accordance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance and risk
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting or Finance Field
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (of which 3 years in similar position)
- In-Depth Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Skill
- Excellent Analytical Skill
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Nice to have
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Odoo or SAP
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certifications
- Organizational Skill
- Strong analytical skills
