Our client, a well-established company operating in the manufacturing and merchandising sector, is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Finance Manager to lead and manage all financial operations. The role requires strong financial leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to support business growth through sound financial planning and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the company’s overall financial activities
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Oversee accounting operations, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls
- Manage tax planning, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Support pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis for manufacturing and merchandising operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role
- Strong experience in the manufacturing and/or merchandising sector.
- Solid knowledge of financial management, costing, taxation, and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
