Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, financial operations, and internal controls.
- Oversee donor grant compliance and reporting.
- Lead audits and financial risk assessments.
- Supervise and build capacity of finance staff.
- Support strategic planning through financial insights.
Requirements
- BA/MA in Accounting, or related field (Master's/ACCA preferred).
- At least 5 years' experience in NGO finance and grant management.
- Strong knowledge of donor compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software.
