Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage all operational activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and hold accountable a diverse team.
- Oversee budgets, financial planning, and performance reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and other departments.
- Analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a senior management or operations role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Preferred: Experience in the Clinic or hospital Master's degree (MBA).
- Basic computer skills, especially Word, Excel and Power Point, and have the ability to plan and consolidate reports.
