Job Summary
This hybrid role combines clinical care with strategic digital outreach and patient engagement. The GP will provide primary healthcare services while leading digital and telemarketing initiatives to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Required Number: 01.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital health campaigns
- Manage telemarketing outreach for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and health promotions
- Analyze patient engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to improve digital patient experience
- Develop content for online platforms (blogs, health tips, video messages)
- Resolve patient complaints and feedback efficiently
- Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement service improvements
Qualification
- You should have a medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Ethiopia.
- Only female applicants are encouraged, with 0 years and above experience.
- Required Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
