Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Department to ensure smooth execution of activities and services
- Assist in the fuel management process, including coordination of fuel top-ups, record keeping, and supporting timely replenishment
- Provide general support to the Supply Chain Department in logistics coordination, procurement follow-up, and operational tasks
- Support fleet management activities across different projects, including vehicle coordination, monitoring, and follow-up
- Support the proforma collection process by obtaining quotations from suppliers and assisting in purchase procedures in line with company requirements
- Assist in the administration and control of company property, including maintaining inventory records and ensuring proper tracking of assets
- Support the implementation of company's Sustainability and Health & Safety policies during daily operations
- Ensure orderliness of office areas
About You
- Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or related field with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) in Management, Business Administration, or related field with 0 years of experience
