Job Requirement
Education:
- BSc Degree or above in Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Material Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 4 years of proven experience in dam and/or hydropower projects
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics and rock mechanics
- Experience in geotechnical investigation, dam foundation analysis, and site supervision
- Proficiency in geotechnical engineering software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, Rocscience)
- Ability to analyze and interpret geotechnical data and technical reports
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
