Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petrochemical Engineering.
- Target Ethiopian Universities: AAU, AASTU, ASTU, BDU, UOG, AMU (Arba Minch Campus only), MIT, MU, or UU.
- Graduates from recognized Chinese Universities are also highly encouraged.
Academic Standing
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ for males and 2.8+ for females.
- Strong secondary school and university aptitude results are mandatory.
Experience
- Fresh graduates or junior professionals with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AVEVA PDMS, Smart Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software is a plus.
Language
- Professional English fluency is mandatory.
- Basic conversational Chinese is highly advantageous (falsifying this results in immediate disqualification).
Flexibility
- Absolute willingness to work project-driven overtime and travel abroad for international assignments whenever required.
