Qualification
- BSc in Nursing with valid professional license.
Experience

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing personnel.
- Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.
