Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Information Technology Specialist based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves managing the organization’s IT systems, including network administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The IT Specialist will also provide technical support, maintain system performance, and address user needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
- Effective Customer Service and user support capabilities
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems/ EMR/ is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
