Key Responsibilities
Cash Management
- Handle daily cash transactions, including petty cash, checks, and credit payments
- Issue official receipts and prepare daily bank deposits
Financial Reporting Support
- Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing processes
- Support preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with tax-related tasks including VAT and withholding tax filings
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain a secure and organized filing system for financial documents, vouchers, and correspondence
- Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation
Technical & Administrative Support
- Use MS Excel for financial tracking and reporting
- Work with accounting software such as Peachtree
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred)
- Zero years of experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Peachtree)

- High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to support different tasks within the finance team
