! Urgent Hiring: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a smart and motivated Junior Accountant to support the firm’s daily accounting and finance activities. The role involves bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, reporting, and ensuring accurate financial records while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support payroll processing and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with senior accountants and administrative staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and legal information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.

Experience

• 0–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Internship experience is acceptable.

Skills

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and reconcile accounts effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
