Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

The Junior Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service support, handling cash-related transactions, processing banking services, and ensuring accurate transaction recording. The role focuses on delivering quality service to customers while maintaining compliance with banking procedures and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with banking procedures.
• Verify and validate payment instruments and supporting documents before processing transactions.
• Process DRS (Domestic Remittance Service) incoming and outgoing transfers.
• Perform cash denomination exchanges and accurately record all related transactions.
• Provide professional and customer-focused service by addressing customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation of daily activities.
• Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist branch operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates from 2024 and 2025 G.C. with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.

Experience:

• No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates who meet the academic and eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Age requirement: 30 years old or below.
• Successful completion of the Exit Exam is required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
