Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Jr Documentation & Logistics Officer to support import operations and assist in coordinating shipment and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage import documents accurately
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
- Follow up and track shipments from origin to warehouse
- Assist customs clearance processes and ensure proper documentation compliance
- Monitor logistics activities and support cost-efficient operations
- Maintain organized shipment records and documentation
- Provide regular shipment updates to internal teams
- Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues promptly
- Assist the finance team with import and shipment documents
Requirements
- BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, or documentation operations
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
