Job Summary
The Junior Field Marketing Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads by engaging prospective customers in the field and directing them to company showrooms. The role focuses on identifying customer transportation needs, promoting Dodai products and services, scheduling showroom appointments, and supporting sales growth through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and market intelligence. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers in assigned commercial areas and high-traffic locations.
- Promote the company's products and services to commercial riders, delivery businesses, and individual commuters.
- Assess customer needs using the company's qualification process and identify high-potential prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom appointments for prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and field activities.
- Capture lead information using company-approved digital tools and mobile applications.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation and showroom visit targets.
- Coordinate with showroom Sales Representatives to ensure smooth lead handover and customer follow-up.
- Provide market feedback regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and common objections.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Attend daily team briefings, sales meetings, and performance review sessions.
- Comply with company policies, attendance requirements, operational procedures, and dress code standards.
- Perform other marketing and promotional activities assigned by supervisors.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant practical field experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications where applicable.
Experience Required
- 0–6 months of experience in field sales, direct marketing, street promotions, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Amharic and basic to professional English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and interact with prospective customers.
