Job Summary:
The Junior HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily human resource operations including recruitment support, employee record management, documentation handling, and administrative HR activities. The role assists in maintaining effective HR processes and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.
Qualifications:
- First Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience in human resources, administration, recruitment, employee relations, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and personnel data management.
- Support employee communication and HR administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, and HR-related documents.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
