Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Junior IT Officer to support our growing team. This role provides practical experience in IT operations, ERP support, staff training, and data entry. Ideal for recent graduates, the position offers a strong foundation in both business and technology functions.

Main Duties:

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting
• Assist in installing and maintaining software and hardware
• Support ERP-related activities, particularly with Odoo
• Train staff on system usage and basic digital tools
• Perform data entry tasks and ensure data accuracy
• Help document IT processes and maintain user guides
• Collaborate on IT and business improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
• Resident location must be close to our office
• Less than 2 years of work experience (internship experience is a plus)

Skills:

• Basic programming and system troubleshooting
• Good communication and staff support skills
• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, with strong data entry accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on IT environment
