Responsibilities
- Provide network support and resolve network issues.
- Provide user support on the various available Bank’s systems.
- Install and configure computer hardware and required software.
- Provide support and hardware maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and related devices.
- Provide network installation and preventive maintenance at branches.
- Maintain end user domain accounts and related security settings centrally from a Windows Active Directory.
- Work closely with other IT teams to provide end-to-end user support and issue resolution.
- Offer timely technical support and advise users on how to utilize computers and systems correctly.
- If required, perform configuration and troubleshooting on routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Handle after working hours and on holidays as assigned.
- Report all security incidents to the responsible IT unit or manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Short-listed applicants include graduates of the years 2022, 2023, and 2024 G.C. with a BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields of study.
- One to two years of IT support, computer, and printer hardware maintenance hands-on experience is required.
- If the applicant has a computer and printer hardware maintenance certificate such as A+ or local training certificates with hands-on experience, it will be advantageous.
