- Level IV and above in General Metal Fabrication, General Mechanics, Machine Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on welding experience, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks on metal structures, machinery, and components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect welded materials for quality, strength, and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist senior welders in complex welding projects and learn advanced techniques.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements during welding operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and safety awareness.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and supervisors.
