Job Summary
The Legal Clerk provides administrative and legal support to the Legal Department, assisting Legal Officers in ensuring the timely handling of legal matters. This role includes managing legal correspondence, updating legal registers, and archiving contracts and legal documents to help the unit meet its Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Legal Officers with administrative tasks in the Legal Department.
- Address legal queries and manage bank legal correspondence.
- Update and maintain legal registers.
- Archive and organize legal documents and contracts.
- Support the department in meeting timely deliverables.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Diploma or Level IV in a legal discipline.Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a legal office or similar environment.
