Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting memoranda, letters & legal documents
- Conducting basic research and preparing legal summaries
- Supporting attorneys with documentation and client-related tasks
- Assisting with government processes and regulatory filings
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing activities (alerts, updates, online content)
Requirements:
- LLB degree (recent graduates 2024/2025)
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong interest in corporate/commercial/investment law
- Strong research, writing & communication skills
- Professionalism, eagerness to learn & attention to detail
