Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting memoranda, letters & legal documents
• Conducting basic research and preparing legal summaries
• Supporting attorneys with documentation and client-related tasks
• Assisting with government processes and regulatory filings
• Contributing to knowledge-sharing activities (alerts, updates, online content)

Requirements:

• LLB degree (recent graduates 2024/2025)
• No prior professional experience required
• Strong interest in corporate/commercial/investment law
• Strong research, writing & communication skills
• Professionalism, eagerness to learn & attention to detail
