Job Summary
Our company is looking for a qualified and proactive Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with government and non-government offices, partners, and various institutions.
Department: General Service
Employment Type: Contract: Renewable based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication link between the company and government non-government offices.
- Follow up on permits, licenses, renewals, and other official documentation.
- Prepare and submit required documents to authorities.
- Support management with coordination and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely handling of external administrative issues.
Qualifications
- BA degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of government procedures and documentation.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
