Responsibilities

• Handle complex legal matters and court proceedings related to debt and non-debt;
• Handle loan and non-loan-related litigation cases;
• Follow up foreclosure procedures;
• Appear and represent Nisir at all court levels and any tribunals;
• Identify emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect Nisir; and
• Following up on criminal cases that affect the interests of Nisir.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Four (4) years of relevant experience

Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of litigation, foreclosure, and legal procedures
• Court representation and case management expertise
• Ability to analyze legal risks and emerging trends in loan defaults
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
