Responsibilities
- Handle complex legal matters and court proceedings related to debt and non-debt;
- Handle loan and non-loan-related litigation cases;
- Follow up foreclosure procedures;
- Appear and represent Nisir at all court levels and any tribunals;
- Identify emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect Nisir; and
- Following up on criminal cases that affect the interests of Nisir.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Four (4) years of relevant experience
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of litigation, foreclosure, and legal procedures
- Court representation and case management expertise
- Ability to analyze legal risks and emerging trends in loan defaults
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
