Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. The role requires technical knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues during production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Perform routine machine checks and identify operational issues or abnormalities.
• Adjust machine settings according to production requirements and product specifications.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and report technical problems to maintenance or supervisors.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through regular monitoring and inspection.
• Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and operational reports.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities as assigned to reduce machine downtime.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience for BSc holders or 5 years of relevant work experience for Diploma holders in machine operation. Previous experience in sanitary pad manufacturing is highly preferred.
