Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products through field marketing activities
• Visit different areas, businesses, or communities to raise awareness and drive interest
• Approach and engage potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Obtain necessary permissions from government or private offices to carry out promotional activities
• Support in organizing outdoor events, activations, or campaigns
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the marketing supervisor
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet outreach targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Any Field
• No prior experience required – Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel around the city or designated area
• Basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Polite, respectful, and confident when dealing with public offices or clients
• Knowledge of local areas and ability to communicate in Amharic, English, and Oromia is a plus
