Motion Graphic Designer

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables.
- Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
- Create and deliver motion graphics across web, mobile, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Select appropriate audio, video, colors, and animation elements.
- Work with editors, producers, and designers to resolve technical and design issues.
- Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion graphics and effects.
- Research and apply best design techniques and solutions.
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative ideas.
- Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio of motion graphics work.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, Maya, and 3ds Max.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Interactive Media, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
