Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the evaluation, integration, migration, design, and deployment of secure and scalable network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies, with a strong focus on security architecture and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing network architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Design and deploy scalable LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDN solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Lead integration and migration projects for legacy systems to modern, secure network environments.
• Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and security posture, providing proactive solutions and incident response.
• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for compliance and audit readiness.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and threat landscapes to continuously improve network defenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on security.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDN architectures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security frameworks.
• Certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and network monitoring platforms.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops.
