NOC Specialist: OSS And Automation

About the Job

The NOC Specialist will provide technical leadership in the implementation of OSS and automation architecture, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and delivering high-quality technology services. The role involves analyzing and refining requirements, optimizing processes, and maintaining efficient operations within the NOC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis and design by assessing feasibility, impact, and cost
• Develop and enhance tools, processes, and applications to optimize performance
• Evaluate new technology solutions through research, analysis, and testing
• Prepare management reports and maintain standard documentation
• Coordinate and lead technical projects within time and cost constraints
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs
• Drive automation and ensure end-to-end operational efficiency
• Ensure continuous improvement in the technical environment
• Manage technical contracts and vendors
• Maintain OSS systems, including upgrades, patches, and security updates
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in systems analysis and design, preferably in complex environments
• Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project management skills (desirable)
