Key Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points
- Draft and manage executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and visitors to ensure effective time management
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior management, and external partners
- Coordinate executive office logistics, supplies, and facility requirements
- Support HR/Admin in onboarding processes and executive-level events
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure timely submission and proper documentation of reports and records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 2 years & above of experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles
- Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is required
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital collaboration tools
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
