The Role
We are seeking passionate and qualified tutors to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions to students, helping them master subject material and develop effective learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective one-on-one tutoring sessions in your subject area(s).
- Assess student needs and develop customized learning plans.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and foster a positive learning environment.
- Track and communicate student progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) or proven expertise in subject area.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, reliability, and a passion for education.
