Temer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of People and Culture Specialist – Reward and HR Services to join our team.
To manage and deliver reward and remuneration services by administering compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accurate payroll support, maintaining reliable employee data, and providing timely support while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The role focuses on payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies
- Maintain and update salary structures, allowances, and benefit records
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems and files
- Act as the first point of contact for reward-related inquiries such as salary, benefits, and deductions
- Provide clear and timely support to employees and managers
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Ensure all reward and payroll processes comply with company policies and local labor laws
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Assist in implementing and communicating compensation and benefits policies
- Identify and support improvements in payroll and reward processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth service delivery
- Support system updates and process standardization initiatives
- Handle sensitive payroll and compensation data with strict confidentiality
- Ensure secure handling and storage of employee information
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations
