Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in training evaluation, impact assessment, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certificate in training delivery and its impact assessment (an added advantage).
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs within the bank and their overall expected impact on employees and the bank’s performance. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing training outcomes to provide insights for enhancing training methodology/strategies.
- Ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals.
- Collaborating with various units to assess staff capability or behavior before training.
- Measuring the impact of training on employee performance/behavior.
