About the Job

The Property Officer will manage day-to-day operations of managed properties, coordinate maintenance and inspections, handle tenant relations, support business growth by sourcing new clients, and prepare operational and owner reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
• Lead property handovers including move-in and move-out processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Handle tenant relations and resolve issues.
• Source new property management clients and support business growth.
• Prepare operational and owner reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in leasing and tenant management
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
