About the Job
The Property Officer will manage day-to-day operations of managed properties, coordinate maintenance and inspections, handle tenant relations, support business growth by sourcing new clients, and prepare operational and owner reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
- Lead property handovers including move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Handle tenant relations and resolve issues.
- Source new property management clients and support business growth.
- Prepare operational and owner reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in leasing and tenant management
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
