Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Conduct market research, attend industry events, and carry out client outreach activities, including cold calls and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders
- Serve as the main contact point for key clients and ensure high-quality customer service
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Address client complaints in coordination with the client relations team
- Support the preparation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and ensure timely closure of opportunities
- Contribute to building a high-performance and results-driven sales culture
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Laboratory Science, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or healthcare-related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory services or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data for decision-making
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
