Responsibilities
- Recruiting and Hiring: Building a high-performing regional sales team from the ground up.
- Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and ongoing coaching for the sales team.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies for the region.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed weekly sales and activity reports.
- Performance Management: Assigning clear sales quotas and targets to team members.
- Sales Execution: Leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Assess new markets and initiate to hire new regional sales persons in new areas
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate marketing or sales department.
