Qualification
- BSc/BA or MSc (preferred) in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in R&D, market research, or product development.
Main Role of the Job Holder
- Lead and manage R&D officers and price intelligence team.
- Design and oversee research on product positioning, market trends, consumer behavior, and promotional effectiveness.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales.
- Supervise data collection quality and ensure proper use of ERP for data tracking and analysis.
Salary: Negotiable.
