Job Summary
Excel Consultancy is launching a pioneering Youth-led initiative to transform and digitize Addis Ababa’s neighborhood business transaction.
We’re now recruiting 1,000 potential youth Agents to join our upcoming training and capacity-building program: preparing you for employment in the official project rollout.
Position: Sales Ambassador – Pre-Recruitment & Training
Location: Addis Ababa (all sub-cities)
Type: Pre-selection for paid engagement (upon project launch)
Training Period: To be announced
Qualification
- Educated youth minimum university degree.
- Active, respected, and trusted in your local community.
- Good communicator and relationship-builder.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile apps.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and community-oriented.
