Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
