Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage potential clients and investors
- Promote and sell real estate properties and development projects
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain active client engagement
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close transactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, monthly, and quarterly)
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal departments
