Gift Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building customer relationships, managing the full sales and leasing pipeline, and closing deals efficiently. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales and leasing funnel, from initial inquiry to lease signing or property purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property tours, provide information, and address customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare and present proposals, price quotations, and leasing/sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads consistently and work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and report sales and leasing activities using internal systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or a related role.

- Ability to prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
