Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales and leasing funnel, from initial inquiry to lease signing or property purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property tours, provide information, and address customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare and present proposals, price quotations, and leasing/sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads consistently and work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and report sales and leasing activities using internal systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or a related role.
