Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales and leasing funnel, from initial inquiry to lease signing or property purchase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property tours, provide information, and address customer concerns professionally.
• Prepare and present proposals, price quotations, and leasing/sales agreements.
• Follow up on leads consistently and work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Track, analyze, and report sales and leasing activities using internal systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or a related role.
