Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with suppliers and buyers on the platform
- Engage with customers and potential leads, ensuring timely follow-up
- Identify and pursue new leads and sales opportunities
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence
- Maintain and update lists of customer requests and feedback
- Follow up with customers on purchased products and after-sales service
- Support daily marketing and administrative activities as required
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and online communication tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
