Tekle Tikue Import and Export Company was established in 2007 to export coffee and import different types of products. Our company is an exclusive distributor for Piaggio vehicles of the 3-wheeler range of fuel-agnostic ICE and Electric vehicles in the passenger and cargo segment. We are also distributors of Hero motorcycles (Hero MotoCorp products, the world's number one motorcycle manufacturer).

Job Summary
The sales representative is responsible for increasing the sales volume of Piaggio three-wheelers and Hero two-wheelers within the assigned territory/region to ensure competitiveness and achieve growth targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating brand awareness for Piaggio three-wheelers and Hero two-wheelers
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Recruiting new dealers within designated areas
- Tracking retailers/dealers’ orders from receipt to delivery
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals (volumes) within designated areas
- Conducting market intelligence for product specifications, pricing, promotions, and negotiations
- Executing any business-related instructions from an immediate supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 (Two) years’ experience; automotive sales experience is preferable
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent reporting skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to travel to various parts of the country
- Excellent Amharic and English written/verbal communication skills
