We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Saving & Credit Officer I to support financial inclusion activities, client relationship management, and credit service operations.
Qualification
BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting, Banking & Finance with COC from a recognized institution.
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, savings & credit operations, or related financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize savings and promote credit products to clients.
- Assess basic client financial needs and support loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of savings and credit transactions.
- Support loan disbursement and collection processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with institutional policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at community level.
- Assist in financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and microfinance operations.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work in a field-based environment.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Integrity and accountability in financial handling.
