Saving & Credit Officer I

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Saving & Credit Officer I to support financial inclusion activities, client relationship management, and credit service operations.

Qualification

BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting, Banking & Finance with COC from a recognized institution.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, savings & credit operations, or related financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize savings and promote credit products to clients.
• Assess basic client financial needs and support loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of savings and credit transactions.
• Support loan disbursement and collection processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with institutional policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at community level.
• Assist in financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.
