Senior Human Capital Officer

Qualification

• BA Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• At least 2 years as Talent Development Officer or related position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent development and learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs through performance assessments and organizational analysis.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and employee development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to build succession planning and career development frameworks.
