Sr. Marketing Officer

Job Summary

Miseso Interior Design is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer with strong experience in the Ethiopian interior design and construction market. The role focuses on building brand visibility, attracting new clients, and supporting project-based sales through practical and results-driven marketing activities. This position suits someone who understands how marketing works in a local, relationship-based business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with interior design and construction projects
• Manage company branding, social media presence, and promotional materials
• Support business development through proposals, company profiles, and client presentations
• Conduct local market and competitor analysis within the construction and real estate sector
• Coordinate marketing activities with design, sales, and project teams
• Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports for management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in interior design, construction, real estate, or consulting firms
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market, client handling, and project-based sales cycles
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and content management
