About the Job
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities, and supporting procurement and contract processes in construction projects.
The role involves ensuring cost efficiency and accurate financial control throughout project execution.
Qualification
- BSc or Level IV in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience
- 5 years general experience
- 3 years in bridge/road construction projects as Quantity Surveyor
Key Skills
The position requires strong technical and analytical skills in cost management and construction planning.
- BOQ preparation and tender analysis
- Quantity surveying and procurement
- Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project
