Sr. Sales Lead

Sales Lead (Ethiopia & Rwanda Projects)

Location: Ethiopia (with cross-country coordination)

Netib Partners is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Lead (minimum 3 years experience) to manage sales operations across our various projects in Ethiopia and Rwanda including hospitality, wellness, F&B, and digital services.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills (English required), and the ability to guide and supervise sales teams in multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the sales team in Ethiopia and Rwanda
• Manage sales efforts across all Netib Partners projects
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and client acquisition
• Train, mentor, and support sales team members
• Track sales performance and ensure targets are met
• Coordinate with the operations and project management teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Support onboarding of new clients and service providers
• Represent Netib Partners professionally during meetings and client interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage priorities
• Proven experience hitting targets and delivering growth
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospitality, wellness, technology, or service industries
• Background in B2B and B2C sales
• Startup or consulting environment experience
