Sr. Tender Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Officer with a strong background in medical and pharmaceutical tenders. The ideal candidate will oversee the full tender cycle — from opportunity identification to bid preparation, submission, and follow-up — ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and analyze government and private medical tenders.
• Prepare and submit complete tender documents according to EFDA and MOH requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams for pricing, specifications, and compliance.
• Manage bid submissions, tender guarantees, and documentation accuracy.
• Follow up on tender results and maintain detailed tender records.
• Ensure confidentiality and reliability throughout the tender process.

Qualification & Experience

• BA or BSc Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical tender management.
• Excellent understanding of EFDA and public procurement procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools).
